科研项目

作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金、江西省自然科学基金、航空科学基金、凝固技术国家重点实验室开放基金、轻合金加工国防重点学科实验室开放基金等项目,作为骨干成员参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、国防科工局等多项课题。目前有多个在研课题。

(1)       国家自然科学基金地区基金,稀土改性GH3536镍基高温合金激光熔化沉积成形裂纹控制及强韧化机理分析,主持,33万元;在研;

(2)       江西省自然科学基金,微量元素对选区激光熔化成形高导热铝合金的裂纹抑制机理及组织性能协同控制研究,主持,10万元;在研;

(3)       航空科学基金,微合金化对激光增材制造高强度镍基高温合金蠕变特性的影响研究,主持,18万元;在研;

(4)       江西省自然科学基金,基于3D打印的超高强度钢再制造结构件的组织及力学性能研究,主持,6万元;结题;

(5)       西北工业大学凝固技术国家重点实验室开放课题,激光成形修复低合金超高强度钢的力学性能非均匀性机理研究,主持,3万元;结题;

(6)       企业横向课题,7050-T7451铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接接头性能测试及组织分析,56.6万元,主持,结题;

荣誉奖项

2020年获得中国产学研促进会创新成果二等奖。指导研究生多次获得国家奖学金、江西省政府奖学金等荣誉称号,已有3名毕业研究生继续攻读博士学位。
